Registration Assistance
There are two levels of authenticated access to this site. These are:
- Over 16, main and associate members.
This group includes the main registrant who is the person who pays the HRA subscription
Other persons related to the main registrant living at the same address as the main registrant.
- Under 16
Persons aged under 16 who live at the main registrant's address and for whom the main registrant
is the parent or guardian.
Members under 16 will not have the facility to add comments to news stories and will not be able to take part
in the main forum [when that is available]. Persons under 16 will be able to take part in the 'Under 16' forum
which will not be available to persons over 16 unless they are designated moderators of the forum.
If registering as an associate or junior member please provide sufficient information to enable verification of
the identity of the main Registrant at your address.
All persons registering to use this site must agree to the 'Conditions of Use' before access will be granted.

There will be a delay of a day or two before access is granted to confirm current membership of the HRA.
